Garbage Compression Vehicle Up-Structure is basically used for collecting municipal bulk or bagged/canned wastes. Hydraulic control is adopted for waste loading and unloading. PTO is supplied from the vehicle. The Garbage Compression Vehicle Up-Structure is sealed tightly with box body, free from the secondary pollution due to leaded sewage and wastes. Driven by the cylinder, the scraping plate and hoisting plate (mounted on the compression unit) press and unload wastes.
Foreign technology used on control system adopts computer, power/hydraulic interlink, and auto operation in sequence for compression unit's 4 cycles (with a contact switch actuates the solenoid). However, our product adopts manual (power: Optional) multiplex change valve and imported plug-in valve to accomplish the actions of the scraping plate and hoisting plate. This helps to avoid the possible electrical malfunctions during electric control is in progress. It can also reduce excessive heat production form hydraulic system and fuel consumption by vehicle engine. Curved surface container is adopted that improves its rigidity and total weight, which also facilities flushing/washing operations.
